My name is Lola. I’m from Taiwan, and all the packages are shipped from here too! :)

I am collecting Hello Kitty too! I love other characters like My Melody and Tuxedo Sam. Haha but I have very limited space to collect things. So far Hello Kitty take over all the space lol and very little My Melody! 🥳

What lolawithkitty can do?

I sell Sanrio Items from Taiwan/Japan/Hong Kong/China... etc. 

I do not only help people to buy Sanrio items, you can send me anything you want that I can get from Taiwan. I can quote the items prices for you. 

I think this business is more about TRUSTING. I am glad that I have customers that are trusting me and I can trust them too! I don’t really like answering questions like “will you take the money and not ship it?” or “can I trust you?” I would just ignore these kind of questions. I do not go your page and send you message to ask if you want to buy from me. Remember you come to me, and I bet you have seen or heard about me before you check my page. If you have doubts, I really don’t suggest to buy from me, cos the package will take some time to deliver, I do not want to cause you panic thinking why you haven’t receive the package yet. 

I am not perfect, I can’t satisfy everyone. But I am trying my best, I spend a lot of time to pack all the items. I hope when you receive the package, it’s like a gift from yourself. I always give a little freebie for each purchase, I cost my own money to buy them, cos I want to send you a little message as THANK YOU. Cos you trust me, and buy from me. I really appreciate every business. And I hope it brings you a very nice experience buying from me. 

When you get the items, and they are wrong items/damaged... etc, you can send me pics. I am willing to replace them if i can still get the items, if not, I will refund you. 

A little more about my shop..

I started selling on March 2019. And ..... I signed up my business on Jan 2021!! Thanks to all my customers, my shop can go this far ❣️
